(a) Scattering profiles of LTGFβ-1 (2.3 mg ml−1) show an increase in intensity at low q as a function of dose (inset), indicating aggregation. (b) LTGFβ-1 was irradiated at four concentrations, exhibiting a dose-dependent increase in the total integrated intensity at higher concentrations that suggests aggregation, but no change in intensity at low concentrations.
