SpReAD analysis of diFe-SulE with data collected at different total average diffraction-weighted doses of (a) 0.26 MGy, (b) 0.57 MGy and (c) 2.70 MGy. The top panel shows the respective SpReAD profiles and the bottom panel shows an anomalous difference electron-density map (green mesh) contoured at 13σ for the data set at 7126 eV.
